K-Swiss K-Ona Shoe Review

This is probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever stuck my bare feet into! The Achilles section of the K-Ona has so much wonderful padding that your feet just slide in. From there your feet are met with an ultra-airy environment with ventilation holes in almost every possible section of the shoe. But it doesn’t stop there …

Avia Avi-Bolt Shoe Review

The Avi-Bolt would be classified as a cushioned shoe as it has very little structural support or any medial posts to prevent rotation in the foot. It is therefore an ideal shoe for athletes with an underpronating or supinating gait. As far as Triathletes are concerned the Avi-Bolt’s worked well for me both socked and sockless as the engineered microfiber mesh has no uncomfortable joins or hard stitching inside.
