I’ve since realized that a lot of the same running stretches will be used to get you ready for your cycling workouts so I’ve included some of them here again.

From my research as well as personal experience I’ve found that mixing your types of stretches allows you to get the best results both in your flexibility and performance in training and racing.
After completely uprooting and relocating to a new country I have made certain decisions and set certain goals to get back into triathlon and really push hard in my passion. I started a new job and have a new schedule to work with so there are lots of variables for me to start again.
The Team is also about and includes all the people who are behind these ten athletes – starting from sponsors to guys who help out with home stay. Everybody does something and this helps triathletes in many ways. Also it is for the audience, for fans around the world so they can learn and teach everybody else in the team, so they all
communicate better.
I won XTERRA Worlds in 2001 and went from almost completely unsponsored, (I have been with Oakley since 93) riding borrowed bikes, to full sponsorship – my uniform was completely sold out! Thats the tough part about triathlon.
This is probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever stuck my bare feet into! The Achilles section of the K-Ona has so much wonderful padding that your feet just slide in. From there your feet are met with an ultra-airy environment with ventilation holes in almost every possible section of the shoe. But it doesn’t stop there …
